Their margins must be the lowest around and when you sell in large volumes you can get away with it.  The problem comes comes when you are expected to provide service… 

Most of the time, you order online, you track online and receive off-line.  Having had a faulty product I had the misfortune to experience their off-line returns process.  You request online, you call them up and wait and then you return off-line.  You wait, hear nothing online and call them up again.  They are (always) busy and it takes 4 days to “process” before they let you know online that a replacement is on it’s way.

If you don’t need the item then this is only a major irritation – if you do need it, then this is a complete farce.

Recommendation: you should re-order the product immediately for next day delivery – if your RMA is eventually successful then they will refund the carriage.  There is no loss to them as they will next day ship you a replacement in 4 working days anyway.

Moral: you get what you payfor and sometimes service costs extra… 

it took the plung and I have been VERY impressed. it comes with a bluetooth adapter for the ipod and used the phone’s bluetooth.

now I can listen to pod-casts in the car and have handsfree calling
